Peri & Pause Fees, Payments, and Insurance

We are a cash-pay practice, which allows us to give you longer, more personalized appointments without the restrictions or surprise bills that come with insurance.

• New Patient Consultation: $325
• Follow-Up Visits: $175–$250 (depending on visit length)
• Well-Woman Exams: Available by request at a follow-up or separate visit (not performed at the initial consultation)**
   

This model lets us focus completely on you — your questions, your history, and your goals — so you leave with a plan that is personalized, evidence-based, and unrushed.

We choose not to participate as "in-network" with any insurance. We are self-pay only and will provide you with a superbill so you may submit and request reimbursement with your insurance company should you choose. We accept all major credit cards, FSA/HSA, and cash. You may use your insurance for your labs and/or imaging with the facility where you have these performed. Please discuss costs/co-pays and coverage with these facilities as Peri & Pause is a separate entity.
