Jamie is a doctoral-prepared, board certified family nurse practitioner and a Menopause Society Certified Provider. She is the owner and founder of Peri & Pause. She has served as a nurse practitioner in the Triangle area of North Carolina since 2009 in family medicine, urgent care and women's health. She is an active member of The Menopause Society, the HERmedicine Provider Alliance, the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health, and the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health. She is also a proud military spouse, mother of four and grandmother of three.
Natalie is a master's-prepared, board certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner with a special interest in midlife women's care. She began serving as a nurse practitioner in family medicine in the Triangle area in 2016. Natalie received her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University and her masters degree from Duke University. She lives in Holly Springs with her husband and two children and enjoys spending time on the lake, being actively involved with her children's school and watching her children's sports activities.

Nancy Chen, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a strong foundation in primary care and a background in exercise physiology. She began her nursing journey with a diploma in nursing, then worked her way up—earning her associate’s, bachelor’s, and ultimately her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University.
Nancy brings a unique perspective to midlife women’s care, combining her clinical training with her expertise in movement and wellness. Her background in exercise physiology allows her to approach midlife women's care with an emphasis on strength, function, and whole-body support—offering care that truly meets women where they are in this stage of life.
Outside of work, she’s a proud wife and mom to two young children.
Karen is a master’s-prepared Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 30 years of experience supporting women’s mental health. She received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She specializes in short-term, solution-focused counseling for midlife women, providing a compassionate space to navigate life’s transitions, specifically during perimenopause and menopause. A former DONA-trained doula, Karen has dedicated her career to empowering women. She’s also a proud “bonus” mom to two daughters and grandmother to four. She also enjoys playing tennis and pickleball.
